Why Allodial title:

In the United States all land is technically owned by the government. Don’t believe me? Stop paying your property taxes, have a proposed highway bisect your property, or remove protected species from your property and see what happens. This is an affront to liberty and along with abolishing the property tax at the federal and state level Allodial Title ensures a person truly OWNS their home and their land.

Eminent Domain:

This policy would also end the government’s ability to illegally seize land under eminent domain.

Property tax:

This policy would also end property taxes as the government is no longer your superseding landlord.

I propose that we make allodial titles the ONLY title one can get for home/property ownership while converting all other titles otherwise, fee-simple, etc. into allodial titles. Free and clear land and home ownership is a RIGHT in the Constitution. Love it! :100: :heart:

This would include all water rights, mineral rights, forestry rights, etc. on said property under title. :heart:
