Abolishment of the current federal and state income taxes

I personally believe our tax system is failing. I believe the federal government has far too much power as well as too many employees. I believe as a middle class we pay too much in taxes on a yearly basis. The only logical step is to first abolish the irs. I think you could leave state income taxes but that’s still an iffy decision. The real solution is to lay a flat federal tax on sales of goods. This solution allows everyone to pay the same amount when they buy anything. Instead of the middle class carrying the tax load. The only logical way this could work is to cut federal funding and fire the unnecessary employees. As well as cutting welfare to people who would rather sit on welfare then get a job when they physically can. As a collective country it would do a lot of good; it would take the government out of our paychecks, decrease the tax load on many middle class Americans, and get us back on track as far as having more money circulating in our economy. Let’s get back to what our founding fathers believed and berid of a flawed tax system!
