Turning old abandoned warehouses/buildings and renovating them into livable spaces for kids in the foster care system. For example: A set amount of rooms and more than one director/caretaker as not to overwhelm them. Assign counselors or therapists that go through a thorough evaluation to ensure the safety of the children. Also implanting an internship program for the older children in foster care that will age out so that they are able to self support.
