Should be illegal for companies or corporations to sale your information or debt to 3rd party debt collectors and also should be illegal for debt collectors trying to sue since the debt was never with them in the first place. Also need to do away with debt collectors reporting on your fico.

I totally agree with this. People are struggling. Credit card companies have raised interest rates so high people can’t afford the payments. It’s wrong for debts to be sold and wrong for these companies to sue. Debt collection companies need to be outlawed.
