Restoration of 2nd ammendment rights after Felony conviction.

After applying for and being granted Restoration of 2nd ammendment rights this should automatically reinstate rights in all 50 states.
If the court can issue a Felony and take your rights in all 50 states at one time, then once it is returned through the court it should automatically be reinstated in all 50 states.

Yes, at the end of the probationary period following the release from prison.
10 years served and 10 years probation? No new charges? All rights restored.
