If a person violates a local law, is found guilty of a Non-Violent crime and being a felony conviction, upon completion of the sentence and a period of five (5) years consecutive without violation upon sentence completion, all Constitutional Rights are Restored. Including the Right to Vote, the Right to Keep and Bear Arms etc are all restored.
