Voter id with a way to track your vote

You should have to have an id to vote, there should be a way to track your vote, when you vote there should be a printed out receipt that shows who you voted for and that it was accepted, and no more mail in ballots except for military, and special circumstances due to jobs that make you travel, or hospital long term stays for example.
