Instead of adding all the crap state bills and candidates, create a Voter ID card that matches a postcard ballot for president, VP, house and senate only federal offices. These Cards must be dropped off with proof of ID and have serial numbers that must be entered along with voter ID number on them for tracking. Once scanned, they go into a public data base for anyone to check.
