The current state offices in Virginia are DEI hires based on the current state director who hated white women and did everything he could to harass them into quitting and refused to promote them. All but 2 left this past year. The DEI hires all black or Hispanic are not qualified and have hurt the entire state with obligations and serving rural Virginia…the only people actuality working are the area offices.and even they were forced to hire DEI candidates only. There are very few remaining employees with experience and expertise and they are talking about leaving in 2025…which will leave the entire state at a disadvantage. Our WEP and CF programs for rural America are some communities only hope. Please remove the dead weight from Virginia, and replace with people who want to see the program suceed
