Abolish all state laws and policy that infringes and or serves as a deterrent of our 2nd Amendment and the right to bear arms. Ex:
1-excessive background checks every time a citizen wants to purchase ammunition at the cost of the citizen(NY).
2- Federally allow all retired military and law enforcement households to purchase and own a minimum of one semi automatic assault style firearm, one for each person of the household above the age of 18. a one time background and fingerprint checks required
When the constitution was written the citizens faced the British with the same weaponry. We should be able to purchase any small arm manufactured for and used by the military to include fully automatic weapons in the same configuration as the military. I’m not opposed to mandatory weapons safety classes and training prior to purchase by non felon adults.
