U.S . Citizen Only Votes Count for Federal Election Candidates

The U.S. Constitution, including the 14th Amendment, allow for voting rights only to all U.S. citizens including naturalized citizens. Since the President and Congress wield Federal decision-making power, only votes that have been verified as being cast by U.S. citizens shall be counted for the offices of the President of the United States, U.S. Senator and U.S. House of Representative candidates.
