Turn over all Federal Lands and National Parks to the States they occupy

The Federal agencies are terrible at running public lands compared to the states. Forest management is a good example. This would eliminate a large chunk of the USDA, the Dept of the Interior, BLM, EPA, and prevent another politicization for the US Parks Dept. (Like Obama did during the government budget negotiations over the sequester. Turning busloads of tourists away from the Grand Canyon, etc)
Do the same with Army Corps of Engineers projects.
Those states then have a resource for additional revenues, requiring less from Federal Taxpayers.
Turn over all property, plant and equipment assets of these agencies that are affiliated with and used to manage these areas.
Federal employees can apply for jobs with the states, retire, or seek employment elsewhere.

I would not trust turning Federal lands over to the states. My governor in Michigan is harvesting timber in the name of habitat improvement. Replacing oak Forest with a wasteland of clear-cut maybe planting some pines which are useless as mast or a food source for wildlife. Actually eliminating habitat.

The loggers tell me when the state needs money they just cut more wood. Maybe this is happening on the federal level too. Poor management of property.
