The federal government oven 50 percent of the land west of the Mississippi. They don’t care for it and it is needed to grow the western United states.

Remittance of Federal Land Patents back to the States and individuals. Make Property a Possession Again
Restrict Government overreach by minimizing Property Taxability by remitting land back to the states in the form it was prior to the Civil War. Land Patents offer Property owners greater protections from Government overreach than do Deeds

It is time to return the Federal lands to the states to manage. National Forest would become State forest, National Park would become State Park. and down the line. The people of the state who understand and feel the impact of the use of these lands should be managing these not admin in Washington DC. Existing Wilderness will remain wilderness but the state will determine what wilderness is if any is to be added. This would be a win for grazing contracts where they need to be. Lumber projects where they need to be. Recreation when and where it should be. Washington DC has no business interfering in our backyards.
