Create a policy that gives the same economic benefits to DOD Civilian Employees who voluntarily deploy to combat theaters of operation with Active Duty, Reserve and Guard Components.

  1. Tax Free while deployed
  2. Take Advantage of the Service Members Credit Relief Act (SCRA)
  3. Protection from Creditors or Suspension of payments
  4. Tuition Assistance
    Civilian Employees Volunteer to be Force Multipliers to the Force for 6, 9, 12 months or longer. Civilians who volunteer for this service should be allowed to benefit from the same economic privileges and opportunities as the Military.
