Many people think non profit organizations give all donations to the causes they claim to support. However, in my experiences, several use the tax law and status for large salaries, travel and entertainment. Look at black lives matters charity. It is similar for grant money as well.
I propose that to keep non profit status, you have to use at least 75-80% of the donations to directly impact the mission and/or community.
Money will have to be spent responsibly and disclose publicly on their website where/how your donation or grant is spent.
