Term limits of 4 years in Congress and Senate

Term limits of 4 years MAXIMUM, and no consecutive terms. After serving a maximum of 4 years, they can no longer go up for re-election. By allowing only 4 consecutive years at a time, they cannot establish ties that subsequently lead to personal enrichment. This limits life-long career politicians that stay in office to enrich their pocket books, instead of focusing on the betterment of the citizens, but rather how they can perpetuate their incoming gravy train. Every branch of government must adapt this new policy, except for the Presidency.
