All countries wishing to sell products within the United States and its territories must pay tariffs. The formula for determining tariffs will be based on the country’s population, GDP, and value of goods imported into the USA. All agricultural and raw materials will be subject to inspection at the expense of the outside country to determine necessary quality. All electronic devices are forbidden to include software or firmware that enables communication capabilities of that device to prevent foreign spying.
All tariffs are to be used to fund government operations and all federal payroll and income taxes are to be eliminated. The government will provide a balanced budget based on the previous year tariff revenue

We need a 25% Climate tariff, on all imported goods this is actually significantly cheaper and will save the American citizen a hell of a lot more money than other climate taxes that have been proposed by the government.
