The recent crypto enforcement is driving innovation and startups off shore. They are the death of the early adopter by claiming any early stage technology without physical presence is a security. The current case law they are recklessly creating as a short term cash grab will cripple the ability for technology companies to start within the usa. They are expanding their mandate to stay relevant, and they need to be put back in their box.
