Stop private sector vaccine mandates

Stop hospitals or any other private sector companies from mandating vaccines like the flu shot. Currently many hospitals do this and it’s not for health, it’s for a government kick back and it upsets healthcare delivery and standards when it’s mandated because a bunch of employees leave or get fired and then that hospital suffers with low employment and unsafe nurse to patient ratios. Many staff members end up getting the flu shot evety year and they don’t want it but they can’t afford to leave their job so they are coerced into getting it. Please stop this madness.
