Sell UST Stake in GSEs For $ 300bn And Use Seed Capital For $ 3 Trillion Housing Public Private Funding

The UST needs to end the Conservatorship of the GSEs and can probably raise $ 300 billion in proceeds after it sales its 79.9% equity stake via warrants. This $300 bn could be used as first loss and seed capital for a multitude of public private partnership investment funds across the USA to build new housing which can be sold at local market prices. It is also important that shareholders share in the full value of their pro-rata ownership of GSE Common and Junior Preferred Shares should be paid out or converted into common at PAR Value under the terms of their shareholder certificates. Ralph Nader called for fair treatment of shareholders over 10 years ago.
