Secure Honest Elections

CREATE HONEST SECURE ELECTIONS:
All elections for Federal offices require:
ID’s and
paper ballots
(with serialized bar codes and secure paper), mail-out ballots require in-person drop off, or medical documentation, or military status. All other mail-in ballots, if approved, require a processing fee of $15.

Every mail-out Voter MUST retain an image of their envelope and ballot for 6 months.
In-person voters must receive an image of their ballot or a printout showing their votes as cast, and retain it for 6 months.

Scanners may be used to quick-count count ballots but each ballot must also be hand counted at the precinct, at least for President and for any race <1.5% victory. Any discrepancy > 0.005% (5 out of 10,000) must be resolved or entire county can not be counted.

Hard copy Ballots must be kept by the Supervisor of Elections for 6 years in an off-site bonded commercial location.

Ballots, chain of custody and the entire election for each county must be demonstrably honest or result must be excluded from official election totals and the county must repeat election on one single day, prior to December 31, to be eligible for inclusion.

The Supervisor or their specific employees shall be replaced for more than 2 ‘mistakes’ in complete custody.

As part of custody requirements, the USPS must scan every ballot envelope (with serialized barcode) when received,
with an email copy of image to the SOE, Fed Elections, and the voter.

Transfer of ballots within USPS must be scanned and each department’s custody recorded, reported via emails. Then, transfer of custody must be verified by USPS & SOE via bar code scan, reporting transfer to Fed Elections and the voter.

Opening of every ballot MUST be video taped on two separate devices with two poll watchers from each party and with the image of the envelope & ballot barcode recorded, preserved and emailed to the voter.
ANY break in the custody must be resolved, proven and if necessary, resolved with the voter.

This, is what an honest election looks like.
