Sanctuary cities and states for illegal aliens

8 US code 1324 used to charge all of the sanctuary politicians. They are harboring illegal aliens giving them aid & comfort, shielding from detection, encouraging illegal entry which is a serious felony.
These politicians believe they can just break immigration laws with impunity. Charge all of these politicians that Break federal immigration law.

Here is the law

I agree that the officials harboring them & breaking our laws by doing so should be charged, since once any person is here illegally, even in a “sanctuary city” can roam free across any city, or state lines, affecting other jurisdictions. Even those whose people are against these lawless policies.

Since this is a free country those who choose to aid & abed illegal aliens are creating higher crime rates all over the nation, even for those states that oppose the obvious recklessness of these policies. The few lawbreakers should not be able to decide for all of us that they will impose these dangerous policies, (Even to breaking existing laws) that are allowed to affect every American citizen in a harmful way.

Assimilation is another big concern, especially when people come in far too quickly to be taught even our most basic of our laws. For instance, jaywalking, and rules of traffic etc. are apparantly not taught to people who come here illegally since you can be driving, and someone steps right in front of your car at any time. People dont think about things like this until you have to slam on your brakes, just hoping no one has been hurt! This is a safety concern for the pedestrian as well as any person operating a motor vehicle. That is just another one of many concerns we have encountered recently.

Immediately giving them drivers licenses when they dont even speak our language to understand what our laws of the road are is another obvious public safety concern that is being overlooked and has had deadly consequences for US citizens. Two just in the past couple of years in Springfield, OH. Super sad and unacceptable.

Another point for me is that there is no possible way of perfect vetting with those who come without documentation, or who come from countries who do not provide us with all that we need to know, as well as those countries who refuse to comply in providing anything at all. Someone coming to do Americans harm will also deliberately not provide anything that would show their hand that they might be planning to do us harm anyway.

Our laws need to be enforced as they are on the books already, and change only when necessary through proper legislation, and including the input of the entire country. After so many recent rapes and murders of American women and children, we MUST do better to err on the side of caution. Ensuring protection for ALL American citizens.
