Cause all foreign investors to divest holdings in Americas energy grid. Currently foreign governments own shocking amounts of American power grid. Qatar, Norway, Quebec and others should not be allowed control over energy infrastructure. This is a national safety issue and needs to be addressed. Qatar for instance is a large shareholder in Iberdola and Avangrid which have major holdings in American infrastructure. American citizens reliability and affordability of energy should not be held hostage by foreign actors.
