RIGHT TO MATERNAL/FETAL HEALTHCARE & EDUCATION to stabilize the abortion issue

Abortion has already won out and barring a miraculous change of heart in many people it will continue to win out. There can be no compromise with evil. The answer is simply no abortions and no exemptions whatsoever, EVER. The fact of the matter is that Abortion is not going away and although we need to continue that fight there is a greater evil and menace on our doorstep - EUTHANASIA! Euthanasia is the rotten fruit of the tree of abortion.

“For if in the green wood they do these things, what shall be done in the dry?” Luke 23:31

My proposal above not only avoids a ban on abortion but it also prevents euthanasia.

My proposal simply focuses on already existing laws and truths. The heart of the problem of abortion is the failure to recognize the unborn child as a person (hardness of heart). Clear that up and abortion by default (along with euthanasia) becomes illegal. Problem solved. Simple. No national abortion ban required.

  • I do not propose a compromise. I propose that we save as many lives as we CAN.

  • Again we have absolutely ZERO ability to completely ban abortions, so that is not an “answer.”

To believe we have ZERO ability to ban abortion is to cede ground to the enemy, which is the attitude that got us here in the first place.

Again, my proposal is simple and does not require an abortion ban.

      1. Recognize the unborn as a person at the
           moment of conception.
       2. Abortion is by default illegal because of 1.
            above.

No need for anything further.

I am only stating facts. You need the president and/or a super-majority of Congress to pass an abortion ban. And you literally do not have that.

What we DO have, instead, is Democrats successfully passing abortion-until-birth in every Blue and Purple state, and in some Red states, too, as well as their successful campaign to convince all liberal politicians, and most conservatives, that full abortion bans are political suicide.

So we should try to save as many lives as we CAN, preserve the pro-life movement and help purple and red states REVERSE the abortion-until-birth ballot measures and laws they recently passed.

You may be stating facts, but you’re missing the fact that I am not asking for a ban on abortion but simply a declaration and codification in law that the child in the womb is a person from the moment of conception and as such is entitled to all the rights and protections of the constitution and laws of the USA. This would by default make abortion illegal. Problem solved.

We have the house senate and presidency and thus should readily get a clean simple bill passed and law enacted, which would hurriedly end up at SCOTUS. It is unthinkable that the court that overturned RvW would negate a simple law granting personhood status to the unborn.

My proposal is simple, achievable and would accomplish the only acceptable solution. Anything else leaves too much room for the machinations of evil.

  • You do not have the super-majority necessary to add an amendment that would, effectively, ban abortion.

  • Besides, the constitution ALREADY includes unborn children in the 14th amendment. You do not need an extra amendment for that. See this video for more details/evidence:

With election integrity measures in the works, it’s feasible we do have the super majority next election. While you are clearly very passionate about your ideas, the country as a whole is not going to accept your proposals. This is a dead issue, we reject abortion and this forum is reinforcing that to you. Time to move on to something else.

Response to Tina:

  • Please provide a citation from any informed political commentator who has shown any legitimitate chance that the GOP will not only maintain their slight majority, but will significantly increase it to a super-majority.

  • Regardless, even if you have a GOP supermajority, you still need a supermajority that actually supports an strict abortion ban in order to pass one. And you do not have that now, nor will you ever have that in the near future.

  • All specific ideas have majority support according to polls and it’s up to the President and Congress to determine which ones are feasible to them, and how to best present their ideas to the public. Laws aren’t up to the “country as a whole.” They are up to the president and Congress to decide. Trump, himself, only has a 50% approval rating; that doesn’t stop him from enacting policies though or influencing the country.

  • The loudest voices of the states-rights people showing in the comments do not represent a proportionate share of the country or of the people that reviewed my policy. You guys are weird, you definitely don’t know what you’re talking about, and you definitely do not speak for the majority of Americans.

  • YOU might “reject abortion.” However all the Blue states, most of the purple states, and some of the Red states do not. The abortion-until-birth movement/narrative is winning; swaying the polls; winning almost all ballot measures; convincing the public to reject pro-life laws. So if you want MORE people to “reject abortion” and to reverse the pro-abortion wins, we have to work on defeating that narrative and also to fight to save as many lives as we can. Not just virtue signal all day long in your little Libertarian bubble.

Informed political commentator? Ha! I guess you’re not one of the millions that have stopped watching mainstream media. There is a tiny fringe left that believes them. Talk to real people in real life and you’ll understand the ratio. With election integrity in the pipeline, we sort it out at the voting both.

You don’t know that we won’t have an abortion ban, you’re hoping we won’t.

You are incorrect. This is how it is supposed to work. We the People decide what laws we want in place and we vote representatives to enact the will of the people. Again, your polls mean nothing. They are not truly representative. Talk to real people in real life.

We do speak for the majority of Americans, because the majority won the trifecta despite lack of voter ID requirements in the states that also happen to have sanctuary cities. Those people are getting deported now, even more reason to suspect we win a super majority at midterms.

That’s crazy, the abortion until birth notion is not winning. The democrats even try to deny it. We are a Christian nation, and we are experiencing a revival.

I’m not watching that video. I don’t need to have someone else try and tell me what to think, I know what I think. Your talking head won’t change that.

You have demonstrated here that your idea is not worth fighting for because it’s not the will of the people. Move on. It’s not going to happen.

Tina,

No one’s “telling you what to think.” But it is a simple, but very grim, unfortunate reality right now. Abortion-until-birth is winning. This is because the Democrat narrative about pro-life laws supposedly killing women, that narrative is working.

I wish that wasn’t our reality. But I have paid very close attention to this matter and facts are facts.

That video is simply a review of all the facts/evidence to demonstrate that.

And by doing nothing, or trying to discourage pro-lifers from doing something to combat this, then we will NEVER win. All-or-nothing is a losing strategy.

Abortion bans are not on the table. Abortion-until-birth is. So we need alternative ideas, otherwise pro-lifers get nothing and fetal genocide continues to reign for decades to come.

They already lost the abortion issue. It’s a non-issue. You don’t present facts. As previously stated, we are a Christian nation undergoing a revival. That in itself will obliterate the public acceptance of killing unborn babies.

You falsely claimed that I “don’t present facts” when I literally just presented them to you, and I put all the details in a video, that you’re refusing to watch. Which is fine. But you’re the one who is literally refusing to look at facts, while simultaneously you’re making up claims with absolutely no facts/evidence behind it.

I’m sorry to tell you, but based on all the facts, that this country is NOT “undergoing a revival” that will “obliterate the public acceptance of killing unborn babies.” All the facts point to the exact opposite, which is why I made this proposal.

If that is of concern to you, then please do something about it. If you’re not concerned about abortion-until-birth taking over our country, then please locate a topic that you’re more interested in. This policy is more for people who do not wish to sit out on the side-lines and live in their fantasy-land.

Your “facts” are opinions, or skewed and unreliable polls that are not representative of the population. We are in fact undergoing a revival. Both of these points can be affirmed with talking to real people in real life. At no other point in my lifetime, or those I talk with, have ever been so enthusiastic about proclaiming Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. These conversations happen on a daily basis, with strangers and loved ones. This is coming from a NYer where it’s supposed to be a blue state. It’s not. The five boroughs are not as solid blue as you’d think. The rest of the state is bright red. But the talking heads would have you think otherwise. Schumer shows up to a town ceremony and there’s less than ten people to support him. That’s how it is, in real life.

No one ever said that Christians or pro-lifers don’t exist. You continue to prove that you are just going off your little bubble. In addition, you show NO concern for the fact that the federal government currently allows elective-abortion-until-birth and the lack of viable, realistic pro-life bills as it stands right now.

In real life, thousands of fully formed babies are getting tortured to death via abortions. Going to church or talking about Christianity, is not stopping that. Your townhall example isn’t saving lives, unless those people show up to voting booths as a majority, which they don’t. New York passed abortion-until-birth laws, and continues to elect abortion-until-birth leaders, and ALL the blue states, and many purple and red states, continue to pass abortion-until-birth ballot measures.

Yes I have also talked to people. But you have to look at ALL the facts. I did not present any opinions. I again encourage to look at ALL the evidence and facts, shown here:

How is it your bubble is more relevant than anyone else’s? You are also on a public forum which you are consistently being told by the majority of comments, we don’t like your ideas.

You denied a Christian revival is happening in this Christian nation. No one said it doesn’t exist. Christians are not only the super majority but a growing super majority. PRAISE JESUS!

NY allows illegals, they have no voter identification requirements and there are proven records by active citizen audits in every county that show elections are fraudulent. There is zero evidence that voting in the abortion proposition was legitimate. You can go get a library card and register to vote. You can collect any number of welfare services which account for 60% of the budget and register to vote. You can have a Facebook page and register to vote. Zero proof of identification or citizenship status is required. Like I said repeatedly, election integrity is in the pipeline and that will show the true ratio of red versus blue.

If you don’t want to stop your futile crusade, at least realize doing it here is a complete failure.

Nothing I said mentions a bubble for me. But you keep referring to your own bubble as evidence to trump all the evidence that I have presented (that you refuse to review).

Ignoring the issue and the facts, has been a complete failure and that strategy will continue to fail if we do nothing. Doing nothing is 0% likely to win against the pro-abortion movement; doing SOMETHING will always have a higher chance at accomplishing something other than doing nothing and virtue-signaling all day long.

The pro-abortion movement has already succeeded and you have still presented NO evidence indicating otherwise. Fetal genocide is happening NOW, hundreds are scheduled for violent second trimester abortions right NOW, and you continue to refuse to support any law or idea that would reverse the laws currently allowing that.

Finally, once again, the aggressive comments from States-Rights only, do NOT represent the majority of people who reviewed the policy. Your particular crowd just happens to be extremely aggressive when pushing your ideology and ignorance on others. You are simply the loudest voices and you’re full of nonsense.

You have certainly put in an incredible amount of thought into your proposal, and I certainly have no objection to your proposal. In fact, your proposal must happen if the opposing groups are ever going to reach a consensus.

Again, I agree with your structured proposal. But it has been my experience that unless you include a check along with your proposed solution, you will have a very small chance of getting past the staff of political gate keepers. They are the people who actually open, scan, process, and respond to all incoming mail. But I do not tell you this to discourage you. Figure out a way to get through them. Can you afford a lobbyist?

Response to Martin:

Thank you. No, I cannot afford a lobbyist. I can only continue to share my proposal with as many people that I can, and hope that someone with connections passes it along.

Welcome! You are an official Modern Day Muse.

Heads up. An important principle that all Modern Day Muses must appreciate is to understand who you should be directing your ideas to. All people of power are inundated with suggestions that are made by remarkably ignorant people who are entirely focused on their own self-interests. Those very few Politicians in power who are actually interested in solving problems must limit who they choose to ask for advice. It is always a very small number of people. So ask yourself, who does a politician listen to? The answer is the people who give them money. Look up the names of the Congressional Committees that relate to abortion and who the Chair (and vice Chair) persons are. Then look up who their major donners are. Those are the ears that you should be whispering to. This Muse Principle is a derivation of a directive that was first documented by Nicolo Machiavelli in 1532.

THE PRINCE, by Nicolo Machiavelli, CHAPTER XXIII (HOW FLATTERERS SHOULD BE AVOIDED), Paragraph Two
“Therefore a wise prince ought to hold a third course by choosing the wise men in his state, and giving to them only the liberty of speaking the truth to him, and then only of those things of which he inquires, and of none others; but he ought to question them upon everything, and listen to their opinions, and afterwards form his own conclusions. With these councilors, separately and collectively, he ought to carry himself in such a way that each of them should know that, the more freely he shall speak, the more he shall be preferred; outside of these, he should listen to no one, pursue the thing resolved on, and be steadfast in his resolutions. He who does otherwise is either overthrown by flatterers, or is so often changed by varying opinions that he falls into contempt.”

I must add a note of caution. 99% of the suggestions that you offer will fall on deaf ears. And the 1% that is heard will be altered to fit the self interests of the person you contacted. And your existence will never be acknowledged. You must also understand that the reason that politicians do not want to listen to good suggestions is that it is actually against their own self interest to do so.

Can you think of any problem that Congress has solved over the last 30 years? The energy crisis, global warming, abortion, crime, drugs, poverty, education, pollution, terrorism, etc. There is a reason that politicians do not search for solutions. Those politicians who advocate abortion, get funding from people who insist on it. Those politicians who advocate no abortions get funding from the people who insist that it is stopped. As long as the money keeps flowing towards both sides of any issue, those problems will never be resolved.

And I will happily pass your work on.

The infamous Planned Parenthood is being defunded. There goes your access.

How does one belong to the group of the loudest voices but also be in a bubble? Isn’t that a contradiction in terms? You acknowledge that pro-life is the more aggressive push in society with that statement.

There will always be evil in the world until there isn’t. Read your Bible for more information on that. Just as there are those who murder babies in the womb, there are countless numbers of children being abused as we speak. Biden opened the border and invited lone children from around the world into the already broken and overwhelmed foster care system, that destroys children souls, stopped DNA testing to prevent child trafficking, removed vetting for sponsors and then lost hundreds of thousands of children. I bring this up to further demonstrate that evil is in this world and God is the One who stops it at His appointed time. For all those people who were not outraged, what of them? They could dismiss the fact that untold numbers of children are suffering at the hands of evil. Now, thank God that entire US based child trafficking network is being dismantled thanks to President Trump and his administration. He is also defunding Planned Parenthood. Let the administration do its job and use your voice to tell your representatives your opinion as the system is designed to work. That’s all you can do. As we speak there are less abortions than there were because we have a pro-life President. Let the momentum continue in that direction.
