RIGHT TO MATERNAL/FETAL HEALTHCARE & EDUCATION to stabilize the abortion issue

@AshleyLuna just because you keep asserting that the 14th ammendment protects the unborn doesn’t make it true:

Historically and legally, courts have generally not interpreted “person” in the 14th Amendment to include the unborn. Here’s a breakdown:

  1. Supreme Court Precedent

In Roe v. Wade (1973), the Supreme Court explicitly addressed this issue and concluded:

“The word ‘person,’ as used in the Fourteenth Amendment, does not include the unborn.”

This decision was later overturned by Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization (2022), which removed the federal constitutional right to abortion and returned the matter to the states. However, Dobbs did not establish fetal personhood under the 14th Amendment.

Your assertion that it does is merely your interpretation, wishful thinking or pantent falsehood or any combination of any or all of these, which entirely destroys any credibility you imagined you had. I say imagined, because, since you are not an advocate of vigorously pursuing the complete abolishment of abortion without exception, you allow evil to continue to maneuver and in so doing you are becoming complicit with it. For true prolifers, there are no exceptions!

Unfortunately, but understandably, you are simply wrong, just wrong.

…First of all, Roe V. Wade was just over-turned and no longer valid.

You again state false information when you claim that the Dobbs decision returned the matter to “states-only.” It merely ruled that the constitution does not grant automatic abortion rights. Dobbs LITERALLY said that abortion laws were up to lawmakers from BOTH states AND quote “CONGRESS.”

You continue to under-mine your credibility with your repeated false, easily disproven assertions and your insistence on using those lies and worthless virtue-signaling to try to suppress pro-life efforts to try to save as many lives as we can.

Again, we should try to save as many lives as we can and fortunately, the constitution already allows both the federal and state government to do so.

You are not doing anything here on this site but arguing with the majority of posters that you’re right. How is that doing something? What does that accWhen

You are accusing me of what you are doing. This is my page and I will respond to people posting lies.

Again, if you are not interested in this topic, then find a topic that does interest you.

I’m not pretending to be doing anything. You are pretending to be doing something by posting on the internet. Your ideas are consistently rejected. What is it you are doing? I am interested in voicing my opinion on your policy.

FACTCHECK TO TINA: Actually, my policy/ideas are consistently VOTED ON, LIKED and SUPPORTED, by both pro-choice and pro-life people and even the positive to negative ratio of reactions was extremely high, compared to the abortion ban proposal. You represent the loud minority.

Even pro-lifers who didn’t vote on it, still supported the general idea and weren’t spiteful like you.

The biggest barrier is that because my policy is too lengthy/detailed for most people to read, covers a heavy-handed topic in which most people are not informed of all the facts, regarding an issue involving a wide spectrum of solutions that people have.

Either way, your arguing isn’t going anywhere. I will continue to do what I can to spread awareness about my top issues and ideas. It’s the only thing I can do.

The reason people are responding negatively to this policy idea is you are trying to hide a pro-choice stance behind a pro-life facade.
Women who are pregnant with unviable pregnancies are not in danger of losing their life.
It’s the dishonesty that makes this policy idea wildly unpopular, and that isn’t going to change.

You’re funny and bordering on ridiculous. False and easily disproven asertions? Virtue signaling? You have fallen prey to the semantics of the left and the culture of death. If by “as many lives as we can” you do not mean EVERY life, by a complete and unequivocal elimination of abortion, you have utterly failed in virtue, and will allow the culture of death to continue to win.

The only truly acceptable solution in accord with charity and right reason, is to declare the child in the womb, a person and thus is afforded the protections and benefits of the Constitution and all the laws of the United States. Anything else is inadequate, and an abysmal failure, including your proposal.

FACTCHECK AGAIN TO TINA: People are responding positively to this policy. Nothing is “hiding” in my policy; all details are right there; this policy primarily benefits the pro-life side, but also to women who are experiencing extreme scenarios.

Your spitefulness is in the minority.

Response to Chris:

Unfortunately, the majority of Americans, as well as our lawmakers, do not share your belief in total abortion bans on the federal level. Federal abortion bans are not on the table now, nor will they be in the near future.

Therefore, let’s advocate for alternative policies to save as many lives as we can.

Otherwise, you are letting “EVERY” life at risk of abortion, suffer and die. I’m against the idea of continuing the allow EVERY abortion-vulnerable baby die. Let’s try to save as many as we can.

With over 8.5 thousand views there were a small fraction of those views to vote yes on your proposal. Not an overwhelmingly positive response. I’m trying to help you understand this idea is not going anywhere.

Those views include all the views of people like you making excessive, argumentative comments. Every time you view a response, it counts as a view. My proposal has generated a lot of comments, so that high amount of argumentative comments has also inflated the view-count.

In addition, the length and detail often prevents people from wanting to read the whole thing. So that viewcount includes people who didn’t even read it, for whatever reason.

Your spiteful remarks and false information is unconvincing.

Unfortunately, you are correct. Also Unfortunately, most Americans and most politicians fail to strive for the ideal and in so doing are simply allowing the culture of death to fluorish.

It was the ability to deny the truth that the baby in the womb is a person that allowed abortion to exist to the extent it does in this country, and for the culture of death to get a foothold. The only way to defeat it is by a clear and simple declaration that the child in the womb is a person. Certainly we need to work to protect every life in any and every way possible. Failure to espouse and promote a declaration of personhood for the unborn is simply caving and acquiescence to the culture of death.

All other proposals may have merit, but they all fail to meet the ideal and expectation of charity. If a proposal isn’t intended to save every life it is miserably defficient and likely doomed to failure. That is simply the truth of the battle we are waging.

Job 24:13-14
English Standard Version
13 “There are those who rebel against the light,
who are not acquainted with its ways,
and do not stay in its paths.
14 The murderer rises before it is light,
that he may kill the poor and needy,
and in the night he is like a thief.

Psalm 94:5-7

5 They crush your people, O Lord,
and afflict your heritage.
6 They kill the widow and the sojourner,
and murder the fatherless;
7 and they say, “The Lord does not see;
the God of Jacob does not perceive.”

John 8:43-45

43 Why do you not understand what I say? It is because you cannot bear to hear my word. 44 You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies. 45 But because I tell the truth, you do not believe me.

There are only two types of people in the world. Those who seek out Jesus and those who reject Him.
We are experiencing a revival. Along with that comes a change in societal norms. Abortion is not normal, and it is no longer accepted. That is a consequence of a Christian nation. What you perceive as spite is misconstrued. It is the evil I hate, not the evil doer. No woman is in danger and no one is afraid to to perform a medical procedure to save a woman’s life. We are not in danger of abortionists winning, they have already lost. This issue will resolve itself. Because we as a nation have turned to Jesus.

Colossians 1:15-17

The Preeminence of Christ

15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. 16 For by Him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through Him and for Him. 17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.

Unfortunately, Tina, you still continue to spew false information. For me, it’s disgusting when someone uses Christianity to justify trying to sabotage pro-life efforts to make a change and try to save as many lives as we can.

These aborted children don’t NEED your prayers or scriptures. They need you to answer THEIR prayers.

Matthew 7:21-23

“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’

Please feel free to take whatever action or advocate whatever feasible legislative or cultural ideas you have to save as many lives as you can.

A Christian Nation means no more abortion because it is the cultural norm to obey the commandments. This is an automatic response to people seeking Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. To hide loopholes for a matter that doesn’t exist isn’t the answer. We all know this. We have no more to discuss here.

Missouri GOP, in response to their recent loss from a pro-abortion ballot measure, is now supporting the same basic exceptions in my proposal, via their proposed amendment. This is further proof showing that pro-lifers and Republicans understand the grave crisis that we are in and the need for exceptions in order to preserve the pro-life movement.

'“I make decisions from a Biblical worldview,” Seitz told The Independent last week. “I have to understand that others may not, so pragmatically, how do we, particularly we that profess Christ as savior, how do we justify even the possibility of these exceptions for rape and incest?”

His conclusion: Exceptions will still allow the GOP legislature to “save as many infants as possible and protect women.” ’
