Countless patriotic Americans, committed to God and country, have had their lives unjustly devastated under a system that pursued them with undue bias for their participation in the January 6th protests. These individuals, who exercised their constitutional right to assembly, now bear the heavy burden of shattered reputations, lost livelihoods, and fractured families—all without the benefit of exoneration to date. When President Trump returns to office, it is imperative that he grants full exoneration to these individuals, who peacefully protested recognizing the profound injustices they have endured. Moreover, restitution should be automatically provided to cover the financial and personal losses incurred, allowing them to rebuild without further financial strain. Justice demands not only freedom from wrongful accusations but also tangible support for those whose lives were upended. This is essential for restoring faith in our institutions and honoring the principles of fairness and accountability.
