I highly recommend the unlawfully detained J6 prisoners be released asap and found positions in the new administration according to their individual talents and desires.
Surely, no employees would be happier to assist the swamp draining exercise, nor would anyone be more loyal to the MAGA cause. It’s a no brainer.
Good Idea. If They Are Not A Good Fit For The New WONDERFUL Administration, A Large Financial Payment Should Be Awarded.
NEW Thought. If J6 Want To Sue The Evil People Who Did This To Them. it Should Be Allowed. In My Opinion, ThisWould Be JUSTICE:us:
My guess is that most protestors would NOT want jobs in DC…just to go home. We want J6 prisoners freed NOW. But a blanket pardon will backfire on both trump and the prisoners. Instead, let’s get Trump to:
Ask all governors NOW to establish panels of 3 retired judges to review the evidence of each J6 prisoner in their respective states and recommend pardons for all whose charges should have been dismissed or those who have already served adequate sentencing “proportionate to” similar sentences received for related crimes by Dems or non whites in DC courts.
Release all J6 prisoners immediately but on house arrest (at home) while awaiting review.
This will get people home quickly and reviewed quickly, but will also allow….
Wagging mouths to be shut, so Trump or prisoners don’t keep getting blame
Filter out any real J6 culprits that might be in the mix
Provide strong evidence (i.e., opinions of 3 judges) of political persecution for J6 prisoners to do a class action suit against their false accusers and abusers, going after their personal assets.
We don’t want J6 prisoners just set free, we want them to receive justice, which includes retribution from those who abused their authority and caused them and their families undue harm. We don’t want taxpayers to pay them and their families, we want the abusers themselves to incur great financial loss; and where appropriate, jail time for their corruption. This is necessary so that in the future, people will think longer-term consequences before doing such a terrible thing to another innocent American again.
