The latest adaption of the NDAA allows the FBI to spy on Americans without a warrant.
Additionally, technology has expanded business models to include personal data, with consumer electronics spying on Americans, listening to private conversations in homes, vehicles, and transmitting personal data to unknown locations, even foreign locations, with the claim to better market consumer products. Large corporations are spying for advantage and profit at the expense of personal privacy and security, and selling the personal data.
Please strengthen the 4th amendment protections to address the vulnerabilities the technological age has created for Americans.
End the surveillance state, and restore Americans’ right to personal privacy. Privacy is security.
