This request, although popular by vote, is not enough to address the fundamental issues which made its passage and extension possible, which requires us to address the root causes that gave rise to the government being coopted by industry and corporations at the expense of our bill of rights. Hence, these two proposals which address this issue head on to both rectify and remediate these usurpations.
