Remove the United Nations Headquarters

Force the United Nations to close it’s HQ in NY. Make them choose some other country to "grace’ with their presence. Suggest to the UN that it seek a home in a less advantaged country for it’s HQ. Doing so would massivly aid the country they choose to move to.
