I’m not a person who believes in utopia, just regular American freedom and merit. Any patent a person wants to share that’s a new technology they feel can improve the country, they should be able to share it freely without the men in black showing up at their door step. Release the doors of ilogical secrecy from patents and open the flood gates of new technology. Lauch free energy, antigravity technology, and anything that is housed in secrecy that doesn’t need to be secret. Americans pay their taxes and fund these projects, therefore they are the property of Americans. No more secrecy, launch the future of technological innovation and the US’s destiny to build in space and travel beyond the stars.
What men in black are you talking about? What you’re describing you can do already but here is what happens:
- people who invent an idea to have enough supporting evidence for a patent for a new technology usually developed it for a company. I.e. they invented it to sell revenue for their company or they invented the idea using the company’s resources. That means the idea is actually not theirs. If the “company” wants to patent it, they will. Also individuals don’t get royalties if they are on a patent under their company’s name because this is America, individuals in other countries get royalties. I know this because I have three patents.
2)if you are a private individual with a patentable idea and you don’t patent it because of lack of money (it’s expensive to file a patent and takes years) guess what? Another company will swoop in and take the idea and patent it. And guess what now? It becomes illegal for you to profit off of YOUR idea because it’s not your patent anymore!
While I see where you’re going, it’s anti American and anti capitalism. The laws in America do not apply to laws in other countries. Money runs the world and if another country wants to act nefariously, they very well can steal and profit off of your ideas since the proposal will be impossible to implement.
Just my 2 cents
You claim you don’t believe in utopia, but you also insist on citing technologies for which you have provided zero basis to back up your believe that they actually exist - and in the case of ‘free energy’, that they are even scientifically possible.
Found this today.
Free Energy
Someone is going to have to explain for me how you get “Free Energy” without violating the law of thermodynamics.
If the majority in society had IQ’s over 100, then we wouldn’t have these policy forums and websites today – wouldn’t need them. It goes without saying that since the vast majority of the population have IQ’s equal to, or below 100, AND…
…the majority of the population is known for making less-optimal decisions, showing poor inductive and deductive skills, poor creativity and imagination, AND is always the majority that support an inferior collective perspective on current situations and events (fitting perfectly in line with normalcy bias and shared ignorance)…
then the natural place to look for undiscovered facts, secrecy, and hidden truths, is where the demonstratively more intelligent minority of the population point, and not where the masses suggest (which is generally, ‘nowhere’).
Said another way…for every 1 person who points in the direction of a potentially elusive truth, secret, or fact, there 3 people remaining silent or claiming that he is wrong (a ‘conspiracy theorist’, even). This is simply mathematical and stastical fact as seen on a simple bell curve.
Smart people quickly identify those who stand out of the crowd (that conspiracy theorist - that squeeky wheel of sorts), and consider investigating that person’s uncommon suggestions and claims, if even remotely possible, while generally dismissing the other 75% of argumentative protesters as simply less-important noise-makers who desperately try not to upset the collective ‘apple cart’ in order to maintain that blissful state of peaceful ignorance.
Apply the same observation in these forums – or anywhere else in life. ![]()
If this is correct, there might be a lot hidden in the patent office for these technologies. Below is a video talking about time travel technologies.
Paul,
You are not supposed to show links for that – you might confuse some here who think that patent secrecy under black projects is just a “conspiracy theory”. ![]()
