I miss being able to buy raw milk from local dairy farmers. Government overreach has gone too far.
I wouldn’t want to remove all immunity either, to me the question is would you rather have a jury decide immunity or not (that is, a good faith mistake) or have congress dictate that there is immunity and if you are injured there is no recourse
I read this as remove the immunity and put it back on a jury
