I wouldn’t want to remove all immunity either, to me the question is would you rather have a jury decide immunity or not (that is, a good faith mistake) or have congress dictate that there is immunity and if you are injured there is no recourse

so, if someone uses s device, say a hammer, to crush a child’s skull, they hammer manufacturer can be sued? there needs to be SOME protections against frivolous lawsuits, the gun industry, the gun did not jump up and chase the deer down, did nor wake up and shoot up the house cause it was stoned… that is the human user. Why punish the people who make the tool. HOWEVER the vaccine industry is a different animal, for instance, MODERNA has NEVER passed the human trial test to take a vaccine public, EVER before covid. They admit that on their own website. Then magically, they have one that works…? But we can sue them cause little timmy has 12 eyeballs and can see into the 8th dimension…
I hear your point and with some medicines like trial drugs I agree, but they are a billion dollar industry. If they mandate childhood vaccines and a baby is permanently injured by the vaccine they should be held responsible to pay for the care that child now needs that was caused by the vaccine. If the vaccine is 95% safe they pay for the 5% injured. Perhaps this will make them test their products more elaborately. Companies not held accountable have no reason to make sure things are safe.
I never mentioned weapons manufacturers once. I think something injected into ones human body by mandate is more the key takeaway. Guns don’t kill people, people kill people. Vaccines should be made safe, and you should have free will respected to choose whether you want it in your body or not.

The reason they don’t know the side effects is because vaccine manufacturers DO NOT DO PROPER SAFETY TESTING OF VACCINES. They don’t use a placebo control where they have a saline injection vs the vaccine. They always use either another vaccine as the control or an adjuvant like aluminum which is toxic when injected. So of course both groups react to the toxins being injected, so they determine the vaccine no more harmful than an already approved vaccine and good to go to market. Of course the other vaccine was never properly tested either! There are also no long term studies on vaccines. ICAN (ICANDECIDE.ORG) recently successfully sued the CDC to provide the safety tests they were supposed to provide for vaccines after the 1986 act was passed and found THE CDC DIDN’T DO ANY STUDIES. There are no double blind placebo controlled trials on vaccines. Immunity should NOT be given to companies knowingly putting people in danger.

As it stands, Pharma already doesn’t invest in risky options, only lucrative ones. They ensure that by the time their patent runs out on one medicine, they have a new one ready to patent that may only be 1-2% “more efficacious” than the last iteration of it, but now they have 10 more years for that to be their cash cow. For example, Pfizer hasn’t cured anything since 1849 when they came into being. Why would we not want to reduce peoples’ automatic dependence on a company whose sole purpose is to treat rather than cure?
I do not think that companies should be held liable for an allergenic reaction. But if it is a side effect of the drug that isn’t being told, and causes death or harm. Such as blood clots ext and it isn’t told with a harsh warning they should be
We need accountability period. This is insane that theres none.
There should be penalties for both the company that suppresses side effects and person of the company that directs the suppression of the sude effects.
There should be full and prominant disclosure of who funds the study of a drug for side effects and how much they paid.

Without effective criminal justice reforms it remains a money wash. Big pharma produces, makes their money, Attorney general sues for injury, and wins big money, to continue the money washing. Victims are irreversibly hurt by this system. The money laundering is complete. The executives that make these decisions, the scientists that falsify data, and the lobbyists that push this fake science need JAIL TIME. I can confirm that the RISKS of taking the Covid “vaccines” are REAL and NOT SMALL. I have conducted two “Worldwide Embalmer Blood Clot Surveys” showing a STRONG LINK between the Covid mRNA vaccines and these new, large “WHITE FIBROUS CLOTS” that 70% of embalmers are SEEING IN A STAGGERING 20% of their corpses since 2021. As a mother of a child on the spectrum these agencies that are destroying our children in the name of profit need to be taken DOWN!!! I hold this subject CLOSE to my heart as my husband and i watched my son change right in front of our eyes right after his 18 month vaccines. These vaccines ARE NOT NEEDED!!! They have posion in them that does NOT belong in our bodies! I wish i could do more as a parent to educate people. From the air to the food we are fed this country is killing us for profit!!!
