Remove immunity from pharma

@JasonJag What if we coupled this proposal with a plan to accelerate approvals of new drugs to market + early drug and treatment access for patients with otherwise terminal illnesses?

Agree with your points with one exception: If the vaccines could be made safe, it would have been done.
Part of the problem is the widely held perception that vaccines are needed, however, reading older medical references, there are multiple statements made by physicians of the day to the effect that the unvaccinated person was visibly healthier than the vaccinated. one was Fitzgerald in 1953. One physician (early 1900’s) went as far as to say that he had never seen cancer in an unvaccinated patient.
It is something to ponder. I have found it difficult to manage the cognitive dissonance these pieces of information have created. All I have heard all my life was how life-saving these shots were. Now I question that. Thank you for this forum.

Except that pharmaceutical companies have been burying or minimizing the potential side effects of their vaccines (esp. the COVID vaccines) so that informed choice is no longer remotely possible under the present system. Many, many people (including children) have been injured or killed with no compensation whatsoever for their suffering and loss.

This doesnt make sense.
Health care isn’t the same thing as pharma.
Pharma refers to pharmaceutical companies-> companies that make medications.
Health care is everything from health education, doctors, gyms…chiropracters…lamaz classes…

So, what specifically are you saying shouldnt exisist?

If immunity were to be rescinded , big pharma would think twice before rushing drugs to market.

I completely agree we should be able to sue if we are injured by a product!

Point taken, but in any place where malaria, typhus, or plague haven’t been eradicated, DDT is the lesser of two evils. Just keep the dose down; it was regularly applied at much greater strengths than it needed to be back in the day.

this is an issue - especially when the covid vacc specifically made people sign a doc where they are not responsible for side effects… knowing in advance what they were (and don’t tell me they didn’t know)…

The parents can refuse them and should! No government should EVER tell parents what to inject into their kiddos!

There is zero accountability for vaccines

Noone nor any company, nor any corporation, nor any industry and no branch of government should have immunity from accountability…

Most any form of business is held to a standard of accountability for their product or services. Pharmacology should be no different. Without accountability you take away any effort to ensure a good quality product. Vaccines especially with all the additives that if you look them up individually are shown to be toxic. Why are they even added? Well, why not, longer shelf life and no liability if it does harm anyone. This needs to end!

that might be a blessing if pharma stopped investing in risky options!

people want to get healthy, and not be guinea pigs for dangerous substances!

Pfizer recategorizes deaths of babies and miscarriages, as ‘recovered result adverse effects” within their data. In other words, if you lost your baby, it was categorized by Pfizer as a resolved adverse event, like a headache that got better. Amazing how easily they discount the death of a child and bury the many incidents of fetal and infant death with clever terminology. The only reason they do this is obvious, they don’t want you to know the danger as you’re entering the clinic to “protect” your baby. So, what’s it all about? What it’s always been about…profiteering from human ailments and population control.

Can you provide documentation and evidence of this? One would think that would be a good example of a body of evidence to make the case for gross negligence, fraud, malfeasance, etc.

Absolutely, 100% agree, this is a must and should be placed at the top of the list.

This is applicable to The Pharmaceutical Accountability and Transparency Act (PATA)

If harm is caused! And negligence proved! They anyone involved should be held responsible! Not just those hiding evidence but those above them! Not just monetary fine but real prison sentences!

If they make honest disclosures of the potential side effects and those drugs have been properly and thoroughly tested, then any liability will be sorted out through litigation

The “side effect” of litigation is that it makes producers of products more concerned about safety and requires them to stand behind their products and not be in a rush to the market with products, drugs, etc., such that their only consideration is profits.
