Reform the Department of Labor

The Department of Labor is an agency that is supposed to serve all citizens. It serves the employees and is more often an adversary to the employers. Unemployment benefits are funded by taxes the employer pays. Small business employers and employees can choose whether or not to bargain with each other through a labor union and/or in good faith. We need less government interference when an employer and employee form a contract. Time to remove Affirmative action and DEI policies woven into the DOL also.
