Federal Government Agency Reformation Policy

Policy proposal reforms (career service) without oversight on ALL agency dept bureaucrats. Aimed directly at idiotic non sustainable Federal budget spending. Thereby reducing dept need, agendas cycling unnecessary wasteful budgets that provide little or no value to those constitutes they represeht across all depts. Compensitory reviews issued on all Federal agency dept cutting non essential career bureaucrats from new oversight committiees by constituents elected as public watchdogs. Eliminate or vastly gut those Federal Agencies sheltering non essential depts with archaic policy spending as determined outside these agencies. Retire those agency bureaucrats with singular pensions in parity to public service teachers, fireman, and police officers. No dbl retirement pensions or refusal to be relocated to similar duty agency if determined too early to retire or obsolete need. Create new compliency codes that measures value of service to U.S. citizens or need for keeping agency bureaucrats for no need.
Adopt new budget spending for ALL Federal dept of U.S. government with sustainability oversight creating new fiscal operational cuts by 75% as determined by constituent voting public.
