Remove laws that are obsolete, not functional, or not active. Instead of passing new laws there should be sessions to remove inefficient, ineffective, wasteful spending laws, etc. When a new law is pass there need to be a way to measure the impact and effectiveness of that law in 3 or 5 years. If it is not effective and/or have negative impact then the law needs to be removed. In addition, laws should be written so everyone can understand not just lawyers. It would be great if we can use similar platform like this forum to submit potential policy, vote into laws or remove laws.
