The constitution cannot be a Trojan horse. Foreign nationals engaged in an organized and disruptive protest should not enjoy claims of freedom to protest or freedom of speech. Foreign nationals engaged in disruptive behavior should be deported and barred from re-entering the United States for 5 years. The American citizens deserve protection from mobs of foreign nationals who are effectively invaders who, in times of war, could act as a 5th column for an enemy country. If foreign national have been involved in mob activity that resulted in injuries or damage, they should be imprisoned and fined accordingly.
