PREP Act allows drones to spray aerosolized vaccines over citizens!

The PREP ACT empowers our government to administer drugs, biological products (such as aerosolized, self spreading vaccines) and devices over the US population in secret. EcoHealth’s DEFUSE Proposal to DARPA outlines plans to deploy aerosolized self spreading vaccines via drones. This according to Jon Fleetwood at JohnFleetwood.com This needs to end!!

Whomever sponsored this bill and voted for it are criminals. Additionally anyone that commits an act of sprang the population without informed consent are criminals also. No one in their right mind would consent to this.

If this is true, then Congress who legislatively participated in this bill should also be held as apparent accessories to Crimes Against Humanity via clear violations of the Nuremberg Code. Let it be absolutely clear that if one directly or indirectly supports the authorization, use, and/or deployment of novel drug administration (including via drones or similar means, or by way of indiscriminate or blanket-wide administration), without firstly securing prior legal and provable express consent of the persons upon which drugs/agents/theraputics/treatments/prescriptions/concoctions are being experimentally administered, are in direct violation of the Nuremberg Code and shall be charged via aiding, assisting, and participating in ‘Crimes Against Humanity’. This is not a warning or a discussion topic – this is an existing international framework that has been in place, and remains active and applicable, since WWII.

Including 'statements of intent, purpose, or permission’ within Congressional bills does NOT openly establish voluntary consent of individuals affected by such novel and unapproved experimentation, since the nature, duration, purpose, method, and means was not made known to affected individuals; nor was express consent given by said individuals to any such Congressmen prior to their authoring, sponsoring/co-sponsoring, or subsequent voting upon any Congressional bills that contain references to said nonconsensual experimentation practices. Bills need not become laws, to establish “criminal intent” regarding ‘Crimes Against Humanity’, or to serve as prima facie evidence to international crimes thereof. The authoring, sponsoring, or otherwise clear and verifiable expression of legislative support of such code violations is sufficient and admissible (and potentially detrimental and capital) evidence under Nuremberg Code.

Excerpt of nonconsensual novel drug experimentation and administration within context of the currently active and globally-enforceable Nuremberg Code…

HOW ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH THIS?

Read this in the middle of listening to my husband watching a video on directed energy weapons being authorized to be used on the American public.

Feel reasonably sure this will not stand - probably done illegally anyway - like many other crimes perpetrated on we the people

Why are we limited on how many policies we can support ? I shouldn’t have to not support one to support another!!! This PREP Act is messed up!!! I’m not for this at all but I’m apparently at my limit.

I went to the website provided and performed keyword searches and found nothing related to what was posted. Could it be a different website? Was content removed possibly? Any additional information? If this is happening, I vote against for sure.

I Agree another example in violation of the constitution. It needs to be stopped in addition it would be nice for congress to pass a law forbidding foods having hidden ingredients not listed and outlawing man made unnecessary ingredients that are harmful to our health. And they need to do it yesterday.

Sad to say some people would rather have riches on earth than riches in heaven.

I read about the PREP Act but couldn’t find an online article on spraying aerosols over the population. Would you share some research on this topic?

Yes, 222nm would be waaayyy more impactful!

Absolutely not!

Thumbs up :+1::+1::+1:

The Nuremberg code is not a law in the United States. So maybe the EU might come over and arrest someone but I doubt it. It actually needs to be made into an enforceable law in the United States

CHarris, not sure what your point is, aside from trying to convince everyone that the Nuremberg Code does not apply to the United States. Do continue though…I would imagine that most people would love to hear your underlying points that are not so readily clear at this point. Waiting eagerly…

I might even give you a helpful nudge, with: United States v Karl Brandt. Enlighten us, dear.

Agree this is a crime. If you sprayed a chemical on someone you could be charged. This is not different.

The PREP Act is a nightmare. It needs to be repealed. If something needs to be in place that’s a discussion but it has been used as a weapon against the citizens.

It’s absurd that we are having to discuss issues like this in our Country.
