Can you PLEASE make a country wide ban of islam. The civilization of islam is on track to take over America and they will implement sharia law like they are already doing in europe. Please pass an executive order banning shari law in America then get it ratified into law. Mulsims are destroying other parts of the world and we need a muslim ban also.

This is their plan. Outnumber the infidel and takeover. Christian religion will be a minority and will be persecuted unless we agree to follow Islam. America needs to take action now. They already have a stronghold in many American cities. America was built on Christian Values. We do have the freedom of religion but not a takeover! I am afraid we will soon look like Europe.

We must ban sharia law. We cannot ban Muslims. We have freedom of religion. Unless SCOTUS finds that Islam is not a religion, we can’t touch a person’s right to believe in it. And it is a religion. The problem is, it’s not JUST a religion, but given that it is a religion, you can’t outright ban it.

Yes, please. Americans are having fewer children. Japan is going to be in big trouble in the coming years because they are not reproducing and they are a homogenous society. Muslims, are, however, multiplying like rabbits with the intent of destroying us from within our own countries. It’s a quiet take over. They are playing the long game. I read recently that in Texas some Muslims want to ban pork, eating and selling of pork products. They are out of their ever loving minds. Abbott better get on the stick and do something more forceful. And we do have the second amendment here. But the advances will be small at first and over a long period of time so we must be watchful.

It’s both. They have teachings about God and the afterlife. That makes it a religion. It is also a political Trojan horse. We need to have laws prohibiting shari’a law throughout the United States, and they need to be enforced. No getting away with it in enclaves of Muslims. But under the First Amendment, we cannot touch people’s right to believe in the religion. Better to allow free access to evangelize, if that is possible. God has been sending visions and dreams. This may be our best hope.

Allah is a made-up god by a murderous pedofile. The teaching of the quaran are that of a political ideology under a fictional god. There is no historical or physical evidence of his existence like there is of Jesus, Moses, the Twelve Tribes, etc. The Bible was written by 60 different people over a span of 2,000 years with all writers coming to the same conclusion. The quaran was written in about 20 years by a maniac. The two are not the same.

Most world religions are made up. That is the nature of man-made religion. I never said that this is the same as the Bible. I said Islam is both a religion and a politicla Trojan horse. As such, with all the rest of the false made-up man-made religions of the world, it is protected by the First Amendment. Under our system, you cannot single it out. We can prohibit shari’a law and we need to do that. We need to make sure the police can patrol the Muslim enclaves. But we cannot stamp out people’s religious beliefs. If we try, we eviscerate the First Amendment, and make no mistake, Christians will be the primary target once that protect is removed. Your argument is not an argument for depriving Islam of First Amendment protections. It is beside the point.

my argument is that Islam IS NOT a religion at all. Like you said, it’s a Trojan Horse of a barbaric hostile ideology that’s political in its application. Jesus, his time on earth and teachings is not made up. There are testimonies and archeological findings to support both Christianity & Judaism, both of which have been and are still being persecuted to this day and, Christians by our own government. So, no, I don’t believe Islam is a true religion with 1A protection. Have you ever been to an Islamicist country? I’ve been to three and seen their “religion” up close. They are not here to assimilate but to take over. They say it out loud and in America.

I agree we cant allow islam to have their laws over ours and according to the Constitution NO ONE can; come up with another format of Laws as they are not compatible with the Foundations of America.

The US Constitution is the Supreme Law of the land as outlined in Article 6 section 2 of the US Constitution. For Muslims to enact Sharia Law they would need to change the Constitution of the United States, which is not an easy task and is outlined in Article 5 of the US Constitution. This means that 2/3 of both the House and the Senate would need to propose allowing Sharia Law and then the proposal needs to go to the state legislatures and 3/4 of them would need to ratify it. Might be easier to verify that those running for state office are not champions of Sharia Law to keep it out of state laws

Thank you for sharing your views and opinions about religion in detail. It was an interesting read. That said, your view has no legal validity. The Supreme Court even ruled that secular humanism is a religion, for purposes of the First Amendment. According to the meaning of that amendment and SCOTUS decisions, Islam, satanism, and other such views ARE RELIGIONS and are protected by the Constitution from any government interference. The only interference generally allowed is that the government prosecute for human sacrifice done in the name of religion.
All of that said, Shari’a law is not a religion, even though it emanates from a religion. It is legal and political. We have every right and duty to prohibit it and do everything in our power to defeat it utterly.
Incidentally, “allah” is the ARABIC WORD FOR GOD. It is not some kind of proprietary name that belongs to Islam. The Christian Bible in Arabic uses it as the word for “God” throughout. It is cognate with the Hebrew word “el”, meaning “God”.
If you want to propose to government how it should act, it is critical for you to understand the legal ramifications of the First Amendment. You can’t insert your own interpretation. But it isn’t necessary, because Shari’a law is unconstitutional and is a separate issue.

They wont follow ANY laws besides sharia. Its about domination of the west. They playing the long game..just waiting till they outnumber us. Our constitution is irrelevant to them. They wont care what the supreme court says..they wont care what our constitution says. How do u not understand that?!?!?! When they have complete control EVERY western law is over and they will laugh about it and celebrate it.

Since when is it OK to do evil to prevent evil? I am fully aware of their plans and what they are doing to implement them. If we don’t want to be outnumbered, we need to start having children again. We need to do that anyway. I did my part. I had five children. What about the rest of you? If we are willing to violate our own First Amendment in the name of preventing the evil of Islam, who are we to complain that they ignore our Constitution? Ever heard of the Clean Hands Doctrine? If we come to the dispute with hands sullied by the very thing we complain of, we have no grounds for complaining. You are suggesting that we violate our own Constitution to prevent them from doing so. This means WE will be responsible for the destruction of our country, Constitution, and liberty. I’m not going there. You shouldn’t even think about it. Islam is a religion. It has First Amendment protection. The parts of Islam that are not religious in nature but political or legal, such as shari’a, are fair game, and we need to stop them.

If the Muslims are not going to follow the Constitution, what makes you think they will follow a law that specifically bans Sharia Law. That does not seem logical. As for Democrats helping, then stop voting for the Democrats.
