Thanks to the ignorance and apathy of Americans, no one bothers to read law.
There is already an existing law that prohibits ISLAM, it’s called the SMITH ACT. No one who espouses an ideology to destroy our government is allowed to enter.
The Smith Act, officially known as the Alien Registration Act of 1940, is a U.S. federal law that made it a crime to advocate for the violent overthrow of the government and required noncitizens to register with the government.
Perhaps the Muslims argued that they’d overthrow us “peacefully.”
Anyway, the government has deliberately ignored existing law. Should we blame the “State of Emergency” since 1933? Whatever the excuse, the fact remains that we’re under invasion and soon to be conquered.
Muslims do not leave peacefully, and will incessantly attack and migrate to advance Islam (jihad & hijrah).
I am not sure this can be stopped long term. What most people on this proposal are missing are laws do not matter, the Constitution does not matter, legal means do not matter, because any of them can be changed, or deleted by a majority. The Muslin religion has been working for this end for centuries. Look at what it has been in Europe, and specifically look at Great Britain and the politicians they have elected:
It can not happen here? Look no further than the Squad, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, NY-14, Ilhan Omar, MN-5, Ayanna Pressley, MA-7, Rashida Tlaib, MI-12.. Would any of them vote to get rid of the Constitute, or modify it?
New York, the largest city in the US, is about to elect “democratic socialist” Zohran Mamdani, will he stand up for the rule of law, or change it? Very little research shows you L.A., the second largest city in the US, has Karen Bass, the former U.S. congresswoman turned Los Angeles mayor and played a significant role with the Venceremos Brigade —a group linked to Cuba’s communist regime. Do we need to bring up the third largest US city, Chicago? After decades of Democratic rule, is it ripe for Muslin takeover? Have previous Administrations “imported” large numbers of immigrants from non-democrat countries and deposited them in large number in many cities, 20,000 immigrants into a city of 60,000 in Springfield, Ohio, more than 3,000 Haitians in Peru Indiana with a population of 11,073 in 2020, and others.
They definitely have freedom of religion what they don’t have the freedom to do is violate the constitution! They don’t have the freedom to make laws that would violate the constitution of others!
Did you read previous posts? Today, yes, you are right, but what about when their population gets large enough to take over the government? Then they can get rid of everything and we become a Muslin country.
Our Constitution is perfect. There may be some marks on the walls, but the foundation itself is solid. I am a huge supporter of the entire Constitution, even the parts I do not like. The commerce clause has been abused and I do not agree with it, but I still stand by the whole document. The Constitution is perfect, especially the Second Amendment. Even Jesus said, “Sell your cloak and buy a sword.”
I I’m seriously considering running for office, so I am working on biting my tongue without having blood drip out the corners of my mouth. But I also know we do not have a government that will save us. That is why I return to that wisdom: sell your cloak and buy a sword.
