End of income-based money owed in taxes for all citizens

All citizens making under $200k for households, and under $120k for individuals, will receive $1,500 a month tax-free for two years to repay Americans for wasteful spending.

Make Mexico, Canada, Greenland, Panama, and Puerto Rico states within the United States of America. Open all borders, and authorize the Federal Reserve to print enough money to pay off all outstanding debts for each of the new states, as well as the United States. Authorize $15 trillion for infrastructure spending over the next 5 years, and make English the primary language in all states.
