Outlaw NGOs that are promoting criminal behavior violations of law. Likewise 501 c corporations (tax exempt) must be restricted to charity and prevented from accumulating large financial reserves. Non profits should no longer be allowed to own for profit subsidiary companies. Universities that are structured as 501c3 should have a portion of their huge financial reserves forfeited to the federal government to fund elementary education.
