Peace in the East

In order to end the RU/UKR war there needs to be a compromise. While Ukraine under the leadership of Obama(maidan coup) and Biden/harris(breaking of Minsk, NATO expansion) has taken an antagonistic approach towards Russia, it’s necessary to offer both countries security assurances. Ukraine must never be permitted to join NATO, Ukraine must cede territory as any losing party would, and they must hold an election. Additionally restorative funds for Ukraine should be held so long as the azov battalion exists and bandarism exists within the federal government in Ukraine.

There must be a neutral, or at least mostly neutral alliance of signatories who will stand to lose if both parties begin to fight, who don’t stand to gain, and don’t have a deep seated history of conflict and resentment. Ex. (India, Hungary, Slovakia, the UAE, South Africa etc) those countries should be responsible to diplomatically convene with their Russian and Ukrainian counterparts if either side begins military movements or undermines peaceful relations. If this body credibly finds that one side is not abiding by the treaty immediate sanctions should be applied to the offending party. If this doesn’t work there needs to be an additional meeting with the 2 “cosigners” (the US and China) to put further pressure on the offending party.

This ensures a neutral body will mediate free of the NATO/Russia dynamic.
