Anyone who works for ANY office that swears an oath to office, should have to complete full school training on their OATH of office, the Constitution, amendments, etc., and be able to know and understand what it means. They should be tested and graduate with a mandatory 3.50 or above GPA. Part of the testing would include 100% recitation of the constitution. LOL Learn it Or Leave !
