No illegal monitoring of a citizens electronic use without a warrant obtained through the proper channels.
As the fourth ammendment states-
*“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
Electronic surveillance and the patriot act violate the fourth ammendment and should be wholly prohibited.

This should include ANY devices ability to surveil completely removed: Cellphones, ear buds, refrigerators, microwaves, appliances, TVs, satellites using infrared to see into our homes… ANY and ALL devices. Lead paint has less to do with public health than it does putting a layer of obscurity to unwarranted electronic surveillance of your home.
