Nelsons Safe from Human Trafficking and Severe Abuse Bill

This policy is created due to the actions of government related to Nelson Gonzalez Arana who was found at 4 years old and rescued from human trafficking and severe abuse, who was smuggled into the country. It is reported his mother gave him to human traffickers to put “put him to work” This case had documented trafficking and severe abuse and a judge and CPS sent him back to Guatemala to his known human trafficker (who is not his father) after 4 years in a safe and loving foster home. Any child who is a victim of human trafficking cannot be sent back to their abuser, related or not. Any government officials who contribute and assists in helping human traffickers by providing children to them by the power of their office will be immediately be relieved of their duties, forfeit their government retirement and possibly be charged with crimes of assisting in human trafficking. Willful ignorance will not be excusable. If it is documented and the child is sent back to this environment, the above repercussions will come into effect. If purposely not documenting trafficking or abuse information to not be accountable and it is discovered said person could also be charged with obstruction. These children need people working in their best interest to help them grow, thrive and be safe following the horrific actions perpetrated against them and not having parents to foster that. Due to the open border situation, many children have been forced to come here, through no will of their own and are being severely abused and trafficked. Nelson is still in Guatemala, possibly still with his human trafficker our government sent him back to.

ALL files on Epstein & P-Diddy should be released to Congress. And the list of names that were the abusers only should be released to the public. The abuser names should include everyone no matter how important they think they are. Money should not dictate how these names are treated.
