National Secure Identification for VOTING (EYES HERE)

The “Secure ID Act” aims to strengthen identity verification and reduce fraudulent activity by implementing a secure, invisible barcode or symbol on all valid forms of U.S. identification. This includes driver’s licenses, state IDs, passports, Social Security cards, military IDs, and green cards.

Key features of this proposal include:

  1. Unique Identification Marking

All accepted forms of identification will feature an invisible barcode or symbol that can only be read by a designated secure device. This marking will enable institutions to verify individuals’ identity and residency status—whether U.S. Citizen, Resident Alien, or Non-Resident Alien—thereby reducing identity theft, fake IDs, and illegal transactions. It will also help identify immigrants not registered with the United States, thereby supporting law enforcement and immigration agencies in maintaining accurate records.

  1. Controlled Device Access

Only designated devices will have the capability to read these secure markings. These devices will be strictly limited to critical institutions, such as voting locations and financial institutions, to confirm identity in a controlled environment. This ensures the system’s integrity and mitigates risks of unauthorized access.

  1. Fraud Prevention

By establishing a standardized and secure ID system, the Secure ID Act will address vulnerabilities in existing identification methods, deterring identity theft and fraud in critical areas like banking and immigration. This will help protect individuals from identity theft and prevent unauthorized individuals from participating in financial or voting activities.

This act seeks to bolster the security of the voting process and financial systems by enabling secure, quick verification of identity while safeguarding personal information, ultimately supporting fair elections, lawful transactions, and reduced fraud in critical areas.
