A public awareness campaign will be launched to educate consumers about the policy and the importance of natural ingredients.

Phase 2: Enforcement and Regulation (Year 2)

By the end of Year 2, all food products sold in the U.S. must be free from artificial ingredients. The FDA will conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with the ban.

Establish penalties for non-compliance, including fines, product recalls, and potential suspension of business licenses for repeat offenders.

  1. Exceptions

Research and Development: Limited exceptions will be allowed for artificial ingredients used in food research and development, provided that these products are not sold to the public until they comply with the ban.

Pharmaceuticals and Supplements: The ban will not apply to pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements that may require artificial ingredients for efficacy and safety.

  1. Enforcement Mechanism

FDA Oversight: The FDA will oversee the enforcement of this policy, conducting regular inspections of food production facilities, retailers, and restaurants to ensure compliance.

Review Process: A review of the policy’s effectiveness will be conducted annually, assessing public health outcomes, consumer satisfaction, and industry compliance.

Amendments: The policy will be amended as necessary based on feedback from stakeholders, including consumers, health professionals, and food industry representatives.

Even better, end farm subsidies for growing the complicit crops AND remove deduction allowances for harmful chemicals. Market solves the problem quickly.

Also as much as I hate to subsidize anything, FFS we should be subsidizing Ruminant pasture meat dairy agriculture and not grains serials legumes.
