Our government has proven they are complacent in the child sex trade. You do not ‘lose’ children unless you want to be incompetent. I do not care to hear whiners as to how hard the job is to track everything. Our government has billions to send overseas then they have enough to hire more people to do a better job of tracking children. Additionally, what is the purpose for CPS to take the kids out of the home. I know there are times they need to be removed for the sake of the children. But, the responsibility for the care and tracking of that child is a mandate.
