Though these represent two divergent streams of coverage whereby employees appealed for rights with regard to questionable mandates, they were not adjudicated fairly and impartially. Moreover they were not dispensed in a timely fashion, one that allows for a form of due-process acceptable for those affected. Some requests were conveniently lost, or dispositions witheld arbitrarily to allow for the government to advance and evolve their stance against contrived community threat levels linked to installation posturing. Constant government revision of pandemic nstructions disenfranchised many from their rights through crisis. Most exemption requests were rejected as well as the associated reasonable accomodations. Since most employers and agencies forced work from home 100% of the time for almost 3 years, there was no justification to reject an RA, because the government could not prove a reasonable hardship when their workforce measurably increased the level of productivity from home without distraction. Each level of posturing bore the evidence of the Chevron Deference in action.

1.) Religious exemptiions- Title VII, and the free exercise clause violations.
2.) Medical exemptions- Discrimination with respect to medical RAs violate Section 1557 of Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
Again, delays and rejections were made to evolve the pandemic crisis toward their uktimate and and return to work strategy.
